Great partnerships mean everything

We collaborate with a range of community partners to deliver seamless and excellent care to our clients. Our partnerships with Local Area Coordinators (LACs) and other complementary service providers means we can link our clients to mainstream services such as GPs, psychiatrists, community nurses and education providers. We also have an extensive network of partnerships with allied health professionals, which allows us to connect our clients to NDIS funded supports such as occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy to achieve the best outcomes for them and their family.

We also promote the ECEI (Early Childhood Early Intervention) approach for children with a disability, developmental delay or other additional needs, who may require the support of an Early Childhood Partner across several settings and disciplines.

We empower our clients and their families to think about how they would like to live their life, using the Eight Domains within the NDIS Framework, which include the following:

01

Daily Living

02

Home

03

Health and Wellbeing

04

Lifelong Learning

05

06

Choice and Control

Our aim is to create a better everyday life for people with a disability, by providing the best choice and care available. We strive to improve participants’ daily living and quality of life across all life stages.
